Features
The main feature of the original Timmer safety brake is the ability for the brake to be reset in situ following activation. This feature is unique for this style of brake.
Application
Safety brakes are used in place of a standard bearing and are designed to offer protection for rolling shutters or grilles against fall back in the event of failure of the drive train.
Certification
All original Timmer safety brakes have been tested and approved by TÜV and meet the requirements for safety in use when used in conjunction with the appropriate safety devices.
