GlideRol A Door 2.13m (7') high with a choice of four different widths.

The original roller door available in either Manual or Automatic is a strong and easy-to-fit option preferred by some of the biggest house builders in the UK. Designed and manufactured in England for almost 40 years from strong, plastisol-covered corrosion-protected steel.

This single-skin garage door rolls up vertically and does not swing out in front of the garage. Enables parking right up to the door and delivers more storage space in the roof of the garage. An aluminium bottom rail helps to protect the garage door against any threat from intruders. Comes with an anti-drop safety device. It comes with two vertical steel guides which fit directly to the brickwork, the roller door barrel sits above the guides on two steel support brackets.

Plastisol is a colour coated steel that offers a thick coating and an embossed surface. It combines high wear resistance with high durability against corrosion. The reverse side of the door is painted with a two-layer grey coating.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE FULLY READ THE 'MEASURING GUIDE' BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. This is a made-to-measure door, once manufactured, cancellations or returns are not accepted.

Note: All colours have either a RAL code or a British Standard code (BS). Please request a colour sample if you are not sure as digital images are a representation of the colour and will not be an exact match.

KEY FEATURES:

  • Easy to Operate: Easy to open and close with minimum noise and friction giving reliable performance at all times.
  • Security: The unique profile and aluminium bottom rail reinforce our roller doors against intruder penetration.
  • Minimal Maintenance: No oiling or greasing, just an occasional clean of the guides with white spirit and the door surface with warm soapy water.
  • Weatherseal: A durable bottom seal on the underside of the door prevents leaves and other undesirable materials from entering your garage from outside.
  • Locking: Unless requested, no lock is supplied on automatic doors as the motor acts as a lock in the closed position.
  • Quiet Operation: Noise is reduced as the motor is housed entirely within the roll of the door giving a quiet and smooth performance.
  • Safety: The door reverses automatically should the downward movement of the door be restricted.
