GaraDry Commercial/Garage Threshold Seal Kit 25mm high x 130mm wide
This commercial door threshold seal which sits at 25mm in height is the perfect addition to any warehouse and other business premises. It is designed to withstand the weight of forklifts and other industrial machinery and has been stress-tested to withstand up to 13,000kgs or 13 ton across a 10” plate.
This commercial door threshold seal protects your assets and equipment from the rain and debris flying into your premises which could cause a disruption to your production line. The height of the threshold will fill gaps between the floor and the garage door up to 25mm, which will also secure your warehouses and other operations from rodents and vermin trying to scurry in.

What Is Our 25mm Commercial Door Threshold Made Out Of?
The kit is made from aluminium, and it includes multiple inter-locking sections which will be put together to form the threshold by the end of the process. These are then joined together with a flat bar insert in order to make them lock in place and remain rigid.
Every single one comes with thermoplastic bottom insert seals, which are supplied in one continuous length, which creates a seal along the entire length of the threshold. This happens as when the seals are compressed by the fixing screws it creates a watertight seal. The innovative design of the threshold means that the bottom seals will not over-compress or become crushed when driven over.

To return an unwanted order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. As these are custom items please contact as soon as they arrive if not needed as if altered in anyway we can not accept a return.
- All orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched by the supplier on the same day so please allow time for delivery.
- Orders placed Saturday/Sunday/Bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
